Job summary

Molex is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Singapore to support the efficient flow of materials and inventory across our warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will coordinate inventory movements, collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers, and help ensure accuracy to support uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Secondary or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements with external 3PL warehouses.
• Serve as primary contact between warehouse operations, transport providers, production teams, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor shipment status and address inventory inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and other systems.
• Support cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and accuracy improvements.
• Collaborate with production and planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to resolve delivery, storage and inventory issues.
• Generate and maintain inventory and warehouse reports for tracking and decision making.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
