Job summary

YCH GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse activities in Singapore. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or 3PL, proficiency with WMS, and strong organizational and communication skills to maintain inventory accuracy and handle inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, 3PL or supply chain
• Proficient with computer functions, MS Office, email, WMS and scanners
• Meticulous, organized, able to prioritize in fast-paced env.
• Independent with minimal supervision and able to multitask
• Good communication and customer service
• Overtime availability when needed

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate deliveries and shipments
• Prepare shipping documents for import/export
• Act as point of contact for shipments with stakeholders
• Handle inquiries via phone or email
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update stock records
• File delivery orders, shipping docs and inventory records accurately
• Plan and perform periodic stock quantity cycle counts
• Submit reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, and movement
• Ensure storage areas are tidy and compliant with EHS/quality/security standards
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor
