Molex is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials and inventory across our warehouse and manufacturing operations in Singapore. In this role, you will coordinate inventory movements, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and help ensure inventory accuracy to support uninterrupted production operations.
Our Team
You will join the Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations team, working closely with production, inventory control, logistics providers, and cross-functional partners. Our team is committed to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely material availability, and driving operational excellence across the business.
What You Will Do
Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements between Molex and external 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and accurate material transfers.
Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations, transportation providers, production teams, and 3PL partners to facilitate smooth inventory flow.
Monitor shipment status, investigate discrepancies, and promptly address inventory and delivery-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions are updated correctly in SAP and other inventory management systems.
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availability and minimize operational disruptions.
Coordinate with logistics providers to resolve delivery, storage, and inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
Generate and maintain inventory and warehouse reports to support operational tracking and decision-making.
Follow established warehouse procedures, inventory control practices, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Secondary, GCE "O" Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
Working knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
Experience using SAP or other ERP/inventory management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment.
Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse process improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting material flow for production operations.
