Job summary

Molex in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth material flow across warehouse and manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP/inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements with 3PL warehouses to ensure timely transfers.
• Serve as primary contact between warehouse operations, transport providers, production, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor shipment status, investigate discrepancies, and address inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure SAP transactions are updated.
• Support cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory accuracy improvements.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to resolve delivery and storage issues promptly.
• Generate and maintain inventory and warehouse reports for operations tracking.
• Follow warehouse procedures, inventory control practices, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
