Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking a results-driven consultant for wealth Premier Banking and Premier Private Client client acquisition. You will source and convert NTB/NTP customers, cross-sell premier value, and build a robust pipeline through partners and referrals.

Responsibilities include onboarding, meeting KYC/AML standards, and delivering best-in-class service to affluent clients. A diploma or degree with banking or sales experience is preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in client acquisition.
• Diploma or Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred.
• Confident individual with good networking skills and matured personality to handle affluent market segment.
• Good relationship building skills and an entrepreneur mindset.
• Highly driven and positively motivated to over-achieve assigned targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) customers for International Wealth Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
• Cross-sell OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to target clients.
• Build and maintain effective customer acquisition sources.
• Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Develop strategic tie-ups with referral partners and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Engage partners to generate a consistent stream of prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Drive funding and wealth sales conversion and manage onboarding via face-to-face or digital channels.
• Meet compliance and KYC/AML standards during onboarding and client service.
