Job summary

OCBC Group seeks an experienced Client Advisor for Premier Private Client to actively acquire high net worth clients and manage their wealth with tailored financial solutions. You will build and nurture relationships, drive revenue, and deliver superior client service across the ASEAN-Asia region.

We expect strong sales performance, deep knowledge of banking and investment products, and the initiative to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management sales experience in banking/financial services.
• Recognised university degree and accreditation in CACS Paper 1 & Paper 2 and HI.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services including units trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and tele-consulting ability.
• Initiative, integrity and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Drive to succeed and discipline to achieve sales quota.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking - Private Client customers (AUM S$1.5 million & above).
• Develop and strengthen relationships with the Bank aligned to business goals.
• Contribute to profit and revenue targets for Premier Private Client.
• Manage relationships with affluent customers through consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell and cross-sell with regular market information updates and trend analysis.
• Ensure superior customer service and enhance the customer experience for Premier Private Client.
