Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, sales operations, customer service, order management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; good written and verbal English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and distributor purchase orders in CRM to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update customer and distributor information in CRM; registrations and accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply chain for timely order fulfillment.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and inventory for operational efficiency.
• Handle sample requests: orders, shipments, status follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers and distributors to resolve queries or discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and delivery docs.
