Job summary

JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking a smart, organized Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to own our internal hiring process in Singapore. This corporate role is focused on end-to-end recruitment, from creating and posting jobs to screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

You will work with the ATS to maintain accurate candidate records, track hiring stages, and collaborate with hiring managers across teams to understand requirements and priorities, ensuring a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment / corporate talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Work extensively with the ATS to maintain accurate candidate records, update hiring stages, and manage recruitment workflows.
• Review and screen applications and resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal interview panels.
• Manage interview scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and ATS data.
• Help improve internal recruitment processes and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Support multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
