Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist/Organization Enablement Specialist in Singapore to drive transformation through strategic communications, digital media, storytelling, and change management.

You will develop campaigns, create multimedia content, and engage stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustained change across business, process, and technology initiatives. This role emphasizes collaboration and AI-enabled content creation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, digital media, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Experience creating communication campaigns, video content, visual storytelling, and multimedia assets.
• Strong writing, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and change communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital content creation, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled communication technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute communication strategies to support large-scale digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
• Create change narratives explaining what is changing, why it matters, and impact on individuals.
• Drive awareness, readiness and sustained adoption through targeted campaigns.
• Create multimedia content including videos, infographics, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Engage with leaders, project teams and SMEs to align communication and adoption strategies.
• Monitor effectiveness and adoption metrics to improve future strategies.
