Job summary

Applied Materials Singapore seeks an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead our employee engagement strategy. Based in Singapore, you will partner with business leaders and HR to craft narratives, produce content, and ensure employees are well-informed and connected within a fast-growing global company.

You will influence executive communications, manage channels, develop authentic employee stories, support external communications, events, and campaigns, and help shape messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting executive communications and community management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in video editing, photography and visual communication a plus.
• Comfortable switching between strategy and execution within a matrix team.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Develop compelling content that strengthens employees' understanding of business strategy and culture.
• Manage and optimize internal communications channels (email, intranet, meetings, digital platforms).
• Execute global internal communications strategy in the region.
• Develop authentic employee stories and content for internal and external channels.
• Partner with HR on employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure messaging consistency and brand voice across communications.
• Analyze engagement metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Gather employee feedback to improve messaging and channels.
• Leadership Communications: Provide counsel to senior leaders; develop executive messages and presentations.
• Support leadership engagement activities (town halls, meetings, announcements).
• Strategic Communications: Support external communications, plan corporate events, and produce briefing materials.
• Collaborate on campaigns with external stakeholders and other regions.
