• Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events, including registrations and equipment setup.
• Maintain participant records and support monthly/quarterly reports for internal updates.

Job Description

1) Stakeholder Engagement and Communications

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Comms, IT, Operations) and external partners to ensure smooth planning and execution of webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Draft and submit communication briefs for publicity, media clearance, and outreach materials.

2) Technical and IT Support

• Provide on-site and virtual technical support during webinars and virtual events (e.g., Zoom setup, troubleshooting, managing breakout rooms, and polls).
• Maintain and update online platforms (e.g., Form.SG, Plumber) for registration, data collection, and analytics tracking.

3) Content Creation and Publication

• Develop and produce digital and print publicity materials including posters, EDMs, and social media assets.
• Ensure consistency with NUH branding and health communication standards

4) Event and Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events, arranging equipment, setting up booths, and managing registrations.
• Ensure availabilityof resources, props, and collaterals for public-facing engagements.

5) Database Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of participants and outreach data.
• Support preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for internal updates and stakeholder review.
