Responsibilities

• Support Gas & Related Services in business development, M&A, and project finance.
• Conduct market research on gas-fired power opportunities in target geographies.
• Identify and profile potential acquisition targets, partners, and counterparties.
• Track government tenders, policy developments, and strategic investment trends.
• Assist in preparing financial models, valuations (DCF, precedent transactions, comps).
• Draft investment memos, term sheets, and presentation materials.

KeyRoles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support ourteam in business development, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and projectfinance activities related to the above. This internship offers a uniqueopportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale energy infrastructuretransactions and strategic corporate initiatives.

• Conduct market research on gas-fired poweropportunities in target geographies
• Identify and profile potential acquisition targets,partners, and counterparties
• Track government tenders, policy developments, andstrategic investment trends

M&A support

• Assist in preparing financial models, valuations (DCF,precedent transactions, trading comps)
• Draft presentation materials, investment memos, andterm sheet summaries

Project finance support

• Contribute to the development of project financemodels including debt sizing, IRR/NPV analysis, and sensitivity cases
• Assist in reviewing financing term sheets, loanagreements, and financial close checklists

Corporate Initiatives

• Prepare management reports, board slides, andcoordination materials for internal approvals
• Track project milestones and M&A pipeline status
• Assist in preparing materials for strategy sessions

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Strong interest in energy infrastructure, across boththermal and low-carbon technologies
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint
• Basic understanding of financial statements andcorporate valuation techniques
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional teamenvironment
