Sembcorp Integrated Urban Solutions in Singapore is offering an internship in Business Development for new markets. The role provides hands-on exposure to market analysis, financial modelling, and management reporting with guidance from mentors and senior team members.

The intern will assist in evaluating opportunities across India, Malaysia, and Thailand and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project evaluation and due diligence activities.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Business Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market and sector analysis for new geographies, including macroeconomic trends, regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and demand drivers
• Support the preparation of investment screening materials, concept notes, and opportunity assessment decks
• Contribute to the development and review of financial models, including sensitivity analysis and scenario assessments, under mentorship
• Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal review and decision‑making
• Support due diligence activities by coordinating information gathering, benchmarking, and data analysis
• Track industry developments, infrastructure projects, and policy changes relevant to Sembcorp Urban’s expansion strategy
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technical, legal, and finance, to support project evaluation

Education
