Job summary

Sembcorp in Singapore is seeking an energetic learner to support data analytics, reporting, and learning initiatives within its HR function. You will help prepare dashboards, craft communications for learning programmes, and assist in events planning.

The role involves supporting interviews, onboarding, and close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure smooth temporary assignments and candidate communications.

Qualifications

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. 1. Data Analytics & Reporting

   • Monitor and analyze data for key initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs.
   • Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.

2. 2. Communications & Events

   • Create communications material for learning and development purpose.
   • Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.

3. 3. Recruitment Support

   • Participate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer.
   • Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications.
   • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
   • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in temporary assignments hirings.
