Job summary

Sea is seeking a motivated undergraduate to join the HQ Finance HR function for a focused recruiting support role in Singapore. You will assist with sourcing, scheduling interviews, logistics, and candidate communications while collaborating with internal recruiters to understand job requirements.

You will maintain candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system, contribute to talent mapping projects, and support ad-hoc recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment from Dec 2026 to Jun 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of key recruiting activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, planning logistics, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Work closely with internal recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source relevant candidates.
• Ensure the consistent updating of candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system, utilizing tags and filters for better organization.
• Assist in recruitment projects by conducting talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates within specified requirements.
• Provide assistance with various recruitment-related tasks and/or projects as needed.

Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas.
