Sea is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join the HQ Finance HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Finance across Garena, Shopee, and Monee, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management while collaborating with external and internal recruiters.

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least three years in Talent Acquisition, and are able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, bringing passion for people and culture.

Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing, interview management, offer management and other adhoc tasks/projects.
