Job summary

SG Enable is seeking a candidate to assist in rolling out digital strategy initiatives and change management plans within the public sector, focusing on governance policies and staff engagement across divisions in Singapore.

The role involves supporting progress tracking through surveys, developing a digital skill competency framework and training plans, and translating project updates into clear, staff-friendly messaging that highlights benefits and personal impact for employees.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in business administration, or Information Technology, or any related fields.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in the public sector, especially in the social service sector, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rolling out digital strategy initiatives and change management plans, including digital governance policies and staff engagement sessions.
• Support progress tracking in digitalisation via surveys and analysis of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with rolling out digital strategy initiatives and change management plans, e.g. digital governance policies, engagement sessions with divisions to support them through their digitalisation journey etc.
• Support in digitalisation progress tracking via administering surveys, analysing survey results etc.
• Assist with the development of digital skill competency framework and training plans.
• Curate and translate technical or project updates into clear, staff-friendly messaging, including benefits and “what is in it for me” perspectives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in business administration, or Information Technology, or any related fields.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Prior experience in the public sector, especially in the social service sector, will be advantageous.
