HANDMARK INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is hiring an Interior Design Executive for a hands-on role covering design, coordination, and project support in Singapore.

You will learn the full interior renovation process, not just drawings or visuals, with a structured, SOP-driven environment guiding your growth. The role welcomes candidates from interior design backgrounds, including juniors, coordinators, or fresh grads with strong fundamentals and discipline.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or relevant experience.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD.
• SketchUp / 3D tools are a bonus, not mandatory.
• Strong sense of organisation and follow-through.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and structured workflows.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (GA, carpentry, electrical).
• Assist in space planning, layouts, and design concepts.
• Support material selection and detailing.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers.
• Track revisions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Learn how design decisions affect cost, buildability, and site execution.

We are hiring one core role: Interior Design Executive — a hands‑on position covering design, coordination, and project support.

This role is for individuals who want to learn the full interior renovation process properly, not just do drawings or visuals in isolation.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You may come from any of these backgrounds:

• Interior Design (junior or 1–3 years experience)
• Design Coordinator / Renovation Coordinator
• IKEA planning / kitchen planning / interior sales support
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and discipline

Background matters less than attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be trained to handle both design and coordination, including:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (GA, carpentry, electrical)
