Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior or Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager to support renovation and interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will handle tendering, cost control, procurement coordination, variation orders, and progress claims, collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders. The role requires experience in interior design/joinery, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a 5.5-day work week with potential half-day Saturdays as stated in the

Qualifications

• GCE N/ O Level or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of QS experience for Junior; 3–4 years for Senior in renovation/interior fit-out.
• Experience with interior design/joinery projects in Singapore.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client and supplier communication.
• Comfortable with a 5.5-day work week and occasional extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Tender preparation and cost estimates aligned to client budgets and timelines.
• Manage cost analyses, review schedules of rates, and update quotation lists.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with procurement.
• Track and document variation orders and progress claims.
• Support project close-out and retention claims after defects period.
