TCG Construction is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will support the Commercial Manager across the full project lifecycle, from award to final account, ensuring procurement and cost control align with project goals.

In this role you will prepare key commercial documents, review quotations, monitor cash flow, and contribute to monthly reporting. A pragmatic, energetic professional will thrive in our growing business.

Qualifications

• Ability to support commercial management across a project lifecycle.
• Experience with procurement planning and tender evaluation would be advantageous.
• Ability to monitor and control project cash flow and margins.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing commercial control documents such as procurement schedules and cashflow forecasts.
• Procure packages in line with procurement schedule and budget, issue orders and LOIs.
• Evaluate quotations and coordinate meetings with subcontractors to align scope and cost.
• Monitor project cash flow against forecast to ensure cash-positive performance.
• Administer works packages up to final account, including variations and monthly payments.
• Support change management, including valuing variations and issuing notices on time.
• Assist in monthly commercial reporting to stakeholders and client.
