Job summary

ID21 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team to support commercial management of corporate office interior fit-out projects.

Candidates with experience in Builder's Works / Interior Fit-Out, M&E, or both are welcome to apply. The role involves preparing quantities, cost estimates, tender documents, reviewing drawings, and negotiating subcontractor quotations while managing project costs and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant QS experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out, renovation or M&E.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, costing, measurement, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in corporate office interior projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities, BQs, cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Manage project costs, budgets and commercial documentation.
• Evaluate progress claims and variation orders.
• Handle subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and re-measurements.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Designers, M&E teams and subcontractors.
• Support the project team on commercial and contractual matters.
