Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial interiors and fit-out projects. You will support design development through construction, commissioning and handover, while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

You will maintain programmes, risk logs and weekly progress reporting, with a focus on cost tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in commercial interiors, workplace projects, office renovation or fit-out.
• Experience coordinating contractors and consultants on live construction sites.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint reporting skills; MS Project or similar scheduling exposure is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager from design development through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain the project programme, milestones, action logs, risk register and weekly progress reporting.
• Coordinate interior designers, contractors, M&E consultants, furniture suppliers, IT/AV/security teams and building management.
• Track quotations, variations, purchase orders and project budget.
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress, workmanship and outstanding defects.
