Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have reading/interpreting architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings/details.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or related projects.
• Strong project coordination, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, building management, consultants, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor site progress and identify critical activities, potential delays, and issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure works comply with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings and details.
• Collaborate with design and project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to identify project requirements and resolve site issues.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and solutions clearly to all relevant parties.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with good time management and organisational skills.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
