You will help align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards, developing comprehensive construction plans and schedules. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination on large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress.
• Review specifications, tender clarifications, and drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on-site architectural issues such as discrepancies and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and samples.
