Job summary

THE DREAMR PROJECT PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out and construction projects in Singapore.

You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality, and safety. This role involves site reporting, liaising with clients and building management, helping with procurement, and ensuring proper handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of site safety practices to maintain a secure working environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
• Manage daily on-site activities and proactively identify risks or delays to keep projects on track.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, and building management to obtain site access and approvals.
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting safety inspections for compliance.
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to maintain high standards.
• Assist with procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project needs.
• Facilitate smooth project handover with complete and well-documented deliverables.
