Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a senior sales and consulting leader to drive growth within the Insurance sector across Singapore and Hong Kong. The Client Partner will originate, shape, and close large consulting, technology, digital transformation, and managed services opportunities with Life, General, Health, and Composite insurers.

This quota-carrying role requires a proven track record of selling complex services to insurers.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting sales, client partnership, or business development within a consulting or technology services organization.
Proven experience selling consulting, digital transformation, application, cloud, data, AI, or managed services solutions into insurance clients.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales and booking targets.
Strong network of executive relationships across insurance companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, and broader Asia.

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth, bookings, sales pipeline, and profitability across Singapore and Hong Kong insurance accounts.
Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative selling.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract closure.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and managed services opportunities.
Establish executive sponsorship and strengthen Capgemini's position as a transformation partner.
Translate industry trends into consulting and services-led engagements.
