Job summary

Placement Professionals seeks a Senior Consultant for our Insurance Practice across Southeast Asia. You will lead workstreams on life, non-life, and reinsurance programs, partnering with clients to address strategic and digital transformation challenges.

You will contribute to market research, thought leadership, and the development of junior team members while mentoring analysts and ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computing or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant management consulting or insurer transformation experience.
• Solid knowledge of the Southeast Asia insurance market.
• Experience leading or contributing to client engagements with stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical ability and concise recommendations.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements with requirements gathering, current-state assessment, gap analysis, and solution development.
• Lead the preparation of functional specs, process maps, user stories, and deliverables with quality standards.
• Leverage insurance expertise to advise on underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, or finance.
• Mentor analysts and support junior consultants in domain knowledge and consulting craft.
