Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in Singapore seeks a dynamic Corporate Transformation Director/Lead to drive strategic initiatives across insurance functions, including distribution, operations, underwriting, claims and customer experience.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead cross-functional programmes and deliver measurable ROI while advancing a culture of continuous improvement and agile change.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of insurance business models, distribution and operations.
• Experience leading large transformation programmes with hands-on delivery.
• Proven ability to align strategy with execution and governance.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead across ambiguity and manage multi-stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMO governance and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional programmes delivering operational efficiency and customer value.
• Provide SME guidance on best practices and transformation initiatives.
• Research market trends to support growth and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Design scalable solutions using lean, agile, and design thinking.
• Champion change management and ensure adoption and sustainability.
• Define KPIs and ROI to track progress and outcomes.
• Build stakeholder relationships and align on programme delivery.
