• Capabilities aligned to C-level Advisory (Strategy and Operations).
• Experience in Business/IT advisory: operational strategy, plans and frameworks.
• Experience aligning Business architecture and visions.
• Holistic business-improvement capability: cross-functional view across business, information, processes, org and tech.
• Ability to embed digital innovations into operating models.
• Delivery and preferably business development experience in transformation programs.
• High energy, EQ and outstanding communication: written, oral, aural.

• Lead complex engagements; identify, sell and deliver consulting projects for strategic transformation.
