Job summary

XCELERATOR CONSULTANCY LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant & Business Development Executive to support an insurance sales operation in Singapore. Hybrid role combining admin, client coordination and business development.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, maintain CRM, track leads and assist in marketing and client engagement. Training will be provided; prior insurance experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Candidates with other qualifications demonstrating business and communication skills will be considered.
• Experience in administration, customer service, sales support or insurance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and daily schedules.
• Coordinate client meetings, business appointments and follow-up activities.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting materials.
• Maintain organised electronic records and client-related information.
• Track outstanding matters, deadlines and follow-up actions.
• Assist with expense records, administrative documentation and general office coordination.
• Liaise with clients, business partners, insurers and other parties as required.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to improve efficiency of the principal and sales operation.
