Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, call centre, telesales or telemarketing.
• Experience in banking, insurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
• BCP, PGI and Health Insurance (HI) certifications are required (Candidates from other industries may obtain the certifications upon joining)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using leads provided by business partners.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
