Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented insurance services professional in Singapore to act as the main liaison for intermediaries, handling quotations, policy administration, endorsements and renewals. You will calculate premium adjustments and support policy processing with internal teams.

You will monitor outstanding documentation, review terms on amendments, and generate reports to assist underwriting and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Keen to develop technical insurance knowledge and learn new skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and proactive with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for intermediaries handling quotations, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, premium calculations and servicing.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and prepare instructions for policy processing and admin support functions.
• Calculate and advise on premium adjustments, extensions and other policy changes.
• Monitor and follow up on documentation, renewal instructions, declarations and policy requirements.
• Review policies/ renewals on amended terms and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Generate reports to support underwriting and portfolio management.
• Assist with bond-related documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate collection and issuance of policy and bond documents with intermediaries and clients.
• Review supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness and proper execution.
• Support policy issuance and servicing enquiries from internal departments.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
