Job summary

TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking an Insurance Intermediary Support professional to handle email inquiries, quotations, endorsements, renewals, and related policy actions.

You will also prepare reports, bond documents, and LOIs, coordinating with Business Support and underwriting teams. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in insurance or related discipline, CGI qualifications or equivalent, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to intermediaries' emails on all aspects and respond to quotations, endorsements, renewals, and inquiries.
• Provide detailed instructions for colleagues for processing in complex cases.
• Calculate extension premium when required by intermediaries.
• Follow up on hold policies, WICA forms, and outstanding information from intermediaries.
• Review renewal notices with revised terms by underwriter.
• Prepare and print claims statistics reports.
• Prepare bond approval forms for underwriting review and approval.
• Arrange intermediaries for collection of Bond documents.
• Review LOI and related documents for accurate execution.
• Prepare cash collateral acknowledgement letters.
• Attend to policy issuance inquiries from Business Support Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
