Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled operations professional in Singapore to coordinate insurance, investment and investment-linked activities between financial intermediaries and internal teams. You will act as a primary liaison for financial intermediaries, resolving medical and financial requirements with Underwriting for high-sum cases and coordinating with Claims,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance, investment and investment-linked operations between financial intermediaries and internal teams
• Monitor fund switching, top-ups and partial withdrawals
• Follow up on failed trades, transaction delays and operational issues
• Act as the key contact for financial intermediary queries
• Liaise with Underwriting to resolve medical and financial requirements for high-sum-assured cases
• Coordinate with Claims and Policy Servicing on escalated cases
• Manage end-to-end escalation of death, disability and critical illness claims
• Work with Actuarial teams on special/customised quotations
• Identify and follow up on outstanding or delayed policy cases
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved and cases are closed promptly
• Ensure transactions and servicing requests are completed accurately and efficiently
