Qualifications

• Keen to develop insurance knowledge and learn new skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for intermediaries on quotations, policy administration and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and draft detailed processing instructions.
• Calculate premium adjustments and advise on policy changes as needed.
• Monitor outstanding documents, renewals, and policy requirements.
• Review renewals and coordinated follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports to support underwriting and portfolio management.
• Assist with bond-related documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate collection and issuance of policy/bond documents with intermediaries and clients.
• Review supporting docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Support inquiries from internal departments and management.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
