Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support daily servicing of commercial insurance accounts.

You will coordinate with intermediaries, underwriting and internal operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate policy handling. The role covers policy administration across new business, renewals, endorsements, premium calculations and bonds, with reporting to support underwriting activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in insurance,Business,Finance or related discipline.
• CGI certification with relevant experience in the General Insurance sector.
• Prior experience in General Insurance operations, underwriting support or policy administration.
• Prior experience supporting commercial insurance policies, renewals, endorsements and policy servicing.
• Knowledge of WICA, insurance bonds and related policy documentation will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts and maintain smooth coordination between intermediaries, underwriting and internal operations teams.
• Manage policy administration activities across new business, renewals, endorsements and other servicing requirements.
• Work closely with underwriters on case preparation, documentation and follow-up for more complex insurance matters.
• Assist with premium calculations, policy documentation and related administrative requirements.
• Support the administration of insurance bonds, including documentation review, approvals and coordination with relevant parties.
• Monitor outstanding cases and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and issuance.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support underwriting activities and perform other ad-hoc operational duties as required.
