Job summary

VINCAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Insurance Administration officer to prepare quotations, process policies, and handle customer inquiries.

You will renew policies, update databases, manage endorsements, and support motor fleet and non-motor products. Strong accuracy and ability to multitask are essential. Join a fast-paced team ensuring smooth insurance administration operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in insurance administration.
• Independent individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountability and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotation for new/pre-owned passenger and commercial vehicles to sales consultants/external customers.
• To Activate policy, process policy, scan documents, do endorsements, file and update database for insurance.
• Furnish comparison quotes for existing/external customers.
• Handle insurance enquires from customers via email / whatsapp / main line and communicating with Insurers for quotes and call customers for renewals.
• Generate and update renewal excel monthly for all partner Insurers.
• Send and follow up renewal notice with existing customers.
• Updating Month end reports.
• Handle In-house Motor Fleet and its related operations.
• Handle in-house Motor Trade Policy for Named drivers - Addition and Removal.
• Quote and handle non-motor insurance products. eg. Travel Insurance, Home, Maid, Commercial Lines Products
• Any other Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
