Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• BCP and PGI certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers.
• Assist customers with insurance policy, premium payment, renewal, and claims enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries and liaise with relevant departments when necessary.
• Ensure good customer service and comply with company procedures.
