CSGROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service associate to handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing guidance on insurance policy queries, renewals, and claims.

You will update records, follow up on pending inquiries, and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely resolution. Strong communication skills and a service mindset are essential. The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, O level equivalent education, and good interpersonal abilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• BCP and PGI certificates are advantageous.

Responsabilidades
