Job summary

Manulife (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a CPMO Project Manager to lead cross-functional, regional technology and business projects using Agile methods. You will shape scope, budgets, and requirements, while aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

Requires strong leadership, insurance project delivery experience, and hands-on technical skills in Java, Angular, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects in program delivery roles.
• Insurance project delivery or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance: Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Team Coordination & Resource Management: Lead cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Progress Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Track milestones and budgets; report metrics and resolve issues.
• Agile Execution & Continuous Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in CI/CD.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Maintain updates with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Regional & Local Market Alignment: Align solutions with regional needs and enterprise standards.
• Culture & Team Development: Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement.
