Job summary

Manulife is seeking a CPMO Project Manager to lead technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders. You will coordinate initiatives through initiation, development, and implementation using Agile methodologies to meet scope, budget, and timing constraints.

Key requirements include expertise in real-time applications, prior insurance project delivery, strong Java/Angular and DevOps skills, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Insurance project delivery experience preferred.
• Strong Java/Angular and DevOps experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts.
• Experience managing delivery across onshore/offshore models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional, distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
• Track progress with Agile metrics and delivery dashboards; ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Champion Agile ceremonies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Collaborate with business, operations, transformation, and tech stakeholders to define scope, goals and success criteria.
