Job summary

RAFFLES MEDICAL GROUP LTD is seeking an Application Assistant Manager (Insurance, TPA & Coverage Systems) to provide stable, compliant operational support for insurance, TPA claims, coverage, and medilimit systems. You will manage incident resolution, governance, dashboards, and reporting while coordinating with TPAs, insurers, and IT teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support.
• Knowledge of application modernization, refactoring, frameworks, testing; healthcare projects advantageous.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Self-driven, team player, quality-conscious and results-oriented.
• May travel regionally for project support and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident and major incident resolution with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support problem management activities to reduce recurring incidents.
• Monitor SLA / KPI performance and propose improvements.
• Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and service review materials.
• Provide status updates, risks, and progress reports to leadership.
• Lead business analysis for internal engagements: requirements, current-state, gaps, and design.
• Standardise support documentation and processes across units or regions.
• Monitor resource capacity, utilization, and escalation needs.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer during transitions and onboarding.
