Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with claims policy processes is a plus.
• Good communication skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Weekly Payment Report.
• Submit Weekly Payment Report to Finance, GIRO and CPF submission.
• Process CPF online submissions.
• Review claims in Payment Reports before submission.
• Resolve payment issues with various parties for claim closure.
• Prepare Statements of Accounts (SOA) and review hospital bills.
• SOA reconciliation and communication with hospitals/assessors for bills.
• Daily batch upload verification and error rectification.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and monthly panel claims processing for major accounts.
