Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to handle weekly payment reporting, CPF submissions, and SOA reviews in a fast‑paced environment. You will liaise with Finance, clinics, and assessors to ensure accurate claim closures and timely processing.

This role requires a Diploma with at least 1 year in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous records and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of claims policy processes is helpful.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with customer service exposure advantageous.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to meet tight timelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Payment Report: submission to Finance, GIRO to Employee/Corporate and CPF submission; CPF online submission; review claims before submission; resolve payment issues with stakeholders.
• Statement of Accounts (SOA): review hospital bill SOA, reconcile, communicate with hospitals/assessors; address outstanding payments with Finance.
• Cashless Batch Upload: daily review of batch uploads, rectify errors, coordinate with clinics on discrepancies.
• Others: monthly panel claims/bills processing; MATC claims assessment for major accounts; perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
