Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst to process and assess claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy guidelines. The role includes timely email/phone inquiries handling, follow-ups with stakeholders, and contributing to IT discussions and UAT testing.

The ideal candidate will have a degree with at least 3 years in the insurance industry, strong data accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check data entry processes to ensure compliance with minimal error.
• Assessment of claims in accordance with policy contract and guidelines and approved within the authority limit given.
• Verify claims/reports and ensure accuracy in them.
• Ensuring emails and telephone enquiries are well-managed and respond in a timely manner as per KPI.
• Ensuring claim settlements are concluded within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Responsible for follow up with end-users i.e., policyholders, medical institutions and financial advisers on all issues relating to a claim with the aim of obtaining adequate information to make a decision.
• Analyse workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency.
• Look into enhancement of existing system and participate in IT discussion/UAT testing.
• Train junior staff.
• Any other projects assigned as and when required.
