Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking an Application Assistant Manager (Insurance, TPA & Coverage Systems) to oversee ongoing operations, incident resolution, and governance for insurance-related applications.

The role focuses on ensuring compliant, high-quality support for insurance, TPA claims, and coverage systems, coordinating with TPAs, insurers, and IT teams to maintain reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support.
• Knowledge of application modernization, source code refactoring, application frameworks, and healthcare-related projects is advantageous.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs and healthcare systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident and major incident resolution with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor SLA / KPI performance and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Lead business analysis on internal client engagements, including requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Support release and change management, and ensure governance and compliance.
• Drive improvements in support processes, service quality and user experience.
