Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a maternity cover contract (6-9 months) to manage an assigned insurance portfolio and build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.

You will provide admin support and customer service for general and health insurance products, and participate in process improvements. The role requires a diploma, relevant insurance certifications, at least 2 years' experience in general insurance, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Certificate in General Insurance or Health Insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience in General Insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, confident, meticulous and able to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio.
• Build relationships with clients to act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general insurance products.
• Engage in discussions on improving processes and product offerings.
• Billing of clients and any related ad hoc duties.
