Job summary

A premier general insurance agency in Singapore is seeking a client service professional to manage and develop an assigned portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with clients and leads while delivering administrative support and top-notch customer service.

Role requires bilingual English/Chinese communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a collaborative team. Location is near Chinatown; immediate start with 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).

Qualifications

• Min. Local Diploma with General Insurance Certification or Health Insurance certification.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
• Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills; able to multi-task.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio.
• Build relationships with clients and leads as trusted advisor.
• Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products.
• Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings.
• Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties.
• Work schedule: 5 days (Mon–Fri) 9am–6pm, near Chinatown; Immediate start.
