Job summary

GSK invites applicants to join the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on-the-job training track designed to build skills for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

We welcome fresh graduates and mid-career individuals who are passionate about building a career in biopharma manufacturing. Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Control/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interest in plant maintenance and GMP.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects and other identified plant improvement projects.
• Lead troubleshooting in Instrumentation and provide continuous improvements to process plant.
• Maintain site equipment and facilities to GMP standards and inspection readiness.
• Apply 5S and maintain maintenance/calibration activities and frequencies.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for newly installed equipment.
