Job summary

GSK Singapore invites applicants to join the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month on-the-job training initiative at a Singapore manufacturing site. Trainees gain hands-on experience maintaining and repairing pilot plant equipment and instruments within GMP and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Bio-processing related disciplines.
• GMP and EHS awareness preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, maintain and repair Pilot Plant Equipment and Instrument to maximise plant availability and minimise product changeover times.
• Troubleshoot and decide on approaches; coordinate external resources when needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance activities and ensure quality of maintenance work.
